RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Ownership: Assist in developing product strategies and translating them into detailed requirements and actionable plans.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute the product vision and deliver features that enhance the user experience.

User Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to drive product improvements.

Feature Development: Assist in writing clear and concise product specifications (PRDs), user stories, and wireframes to guide the development process.

Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

Product Testing: Collaborate with QA and development teams to test and validate new features, ensuring they meet product goals and quality standards.

Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and user insights to inform product roadmaps and prioritize features effectively.

Support Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with customer support, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth product launches and provide training on new features.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in product management (or relevant experience in a similar role, not exceeding 3 years).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) and working with tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to work with wireframing tools like Figma or Sketch (experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to create user stories and break down complex ideas into easily understandable tasks for the engineering team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and experience with gathering and interpreting user feedback and data to inform product decisions.
- Enthusiasm for solving user problems and an interest in building user-centric products.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business, or Marketing (preferred but not required).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Basic technical knowledge or an interest in understanding software development processes.
