About the Role
We are seeking a highly articulate Product Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Product Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product's messaging and positioning, driving demand, and enabling our sales and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling messaging and positioning strategies that clearly articulate the value and uniqueness of our products and features.

Close collaboration with product team: Frequently align with product teams on their roadmap and backlog calls to understand what’s being built and why.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. This will require analyzing feedback on G2, researching competitors, listening to feedback calls from customers on Gong, and interviewing internal and external stakeholders.

Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing materials such as messaging decks, positioning statements, customer-facing roadmaps etc. in collaboration with the design team.

Web Collateral: Write compelling short copy for landing pages to drive lead generation. Work with the web team to launch pages and track performance.

Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with necessary tools and materials, ensuring they have a deep understanding of product features and benefits. This involves stepping up in town halls and sales huddles to share value propositions and drive live demos.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch: Plan and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates to create excitement.

Customer Success Collaboration: Work closely with the customer success team to gather customer feedback and insights for product development.

Performance Measurement: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in a tech or event-related industry.
- Strong understanding of product marketing and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Well-versed in writing high-impact, concise copy.
- Ability to create engaging and informative marketing content.
- Experience with data analysis and market research.
- Collaborative team player with strong leadership skills.
