What we do

We are looking for Project coordinators in the EST time zone. As a Project Coordinator owning the success of vFairs customers will be your job responsibility. You will be involved in the entire customer life cycle rightonboarding from post-contract and throughout the duration of their subscription period.

You will own and manage

  • Customer onboarding experience
  • Create strong relationships with customers
  • Customer loyalty
  • Customer product adoption

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements

We are looking for someone who has the below Personal Traits & Qualifications

  • Ownership. You are someone who likes to take ownership. Customer Success will define your success. You are someone who likes to work hard to ensure that each one of the clients that you are working with benefits immensely from their relationship with you.
  • Flexible. vFairs.com serves clients in different time zones and we aim to serve our clients 24/7 during their LIVE events. While there will be other team members who will work with you make sure that your client gets the best customer support ever - you are someone who would be flexible to work on weekends / public holidays as and when the work requires that.
  • Multi-tasker. We are looking for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Experience. 0 - 1 year experience in customer support, project management, or other client-relations roles.
  • Tech-aptitude. You should be tech-savvy. You should have had prior experience working with Google Apps for Work (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Written and Verbal Communication skills. We are looking for someone who has impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You are able to adapt your communication skills to the type of client you are working with.
  • Preferably a degree in CS or Software Engineering
